How will I know if you already placed my order/s?
We will process your order/s upon receiving a notification of your payment. After confirming that your order/s is/are available, we will immediately arrange it. As soon as it's already placed you will be sent an order number as proof that it was successfully placed. Once your order/s is/are shipped, we will send you an email regarding your tracking number and the website where you can track it.
Are all your products available?
Yes. However, there are times wherein some products can become unavailable for shipment after you make a purchase due some reasons. In case that happens, we will inform you right away to see whether you would like a refund or have the unavailable item replaced by another product.
Do I have to pay tax?
Products here don't have tax. However, in most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value or in certain categories do not incur taxes. The rules/ regulations are different in every country so you must ensure you are aware of it before ordering.
How long will it take before I receive my order/s?
Once we receive and confirmed your payment, we already start processing your order/s. Please give us 3-5 business days for the processing and preparation time.

Free Shipping Express: 4-8 business days, 1 to 3 extra days for remote areas
EMS: 3 to 9 days depending on your location, 1-3 extra days for remote areas
Registered Air-mail: may take 7 to 18 business days, extra days for remote areas
Will I receive my items sealed?
We would like to inform that we open boxes. But this is only to ensure everything is inside the box and the item is tested to reduce the risk of you receiving your order with manufacturer's defect after having to wait for shipment. We assure that products are all brand new.
What if I received my order/s defective?
Please ensure that you check your order/s upon receipt. You can return your order/s provided they suffer from factory/ manufacturer defect.
You may not return it if:
-It is damaged due to improper use, impact, and water damage.
-It is damaged due to shock or fall, sand, dirt, dust, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries, lightning, liquid, fire, acts of God, war, or public ventilation.
-You had it checked or repaired by others.
-There has been a replacement of parts.
-Parts have tear, crack, or scratch.
-The damaged was caused by transporting or shipping it to your address.
-Product is used.
-There is damage on any other items used in conjunction with the product.
